Mango Sauce For Halibut or Mahi Mahi
1 cup mango
½ large orange
2 tablespoons Auntie Elaine’s Dressing
¼ cup shallot
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp lime juice
½ tsp sriracha
2 dashes fish sauce
¼ tsp salt
Puree in a food processor or use an emersion blender till smooth. Can be served hot or cold
