1 medium Iceberg lettuce.
1 cup shredded purple cabbage.
1 pound shredded white chicken.
¼ cup fresh chopped green onion.
¼ cup fresh cilantro.
Top with fried chow mein noodles.
¾ cup of Aunty Elaine’s Dressing.
Added options: Cucumbers, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds.
